Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing our services!

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

We offer full refunds within the first 7 days of your purchase, so long as the service purchased has not been yet been started by our team. If the service has been started, only a partial refund will be offered.

After the service has been provided, in some cases we offer a 50% refund within the first 7 days after the service was completed. If 7 days have passed since the service was completed, you will not be offered a refund of any kind. Learn more about when you are eligible for a refund.

Dedication to Customer Satisfaction

Our team strives to achieve customer satisfaction through all of our service packages. All service packages offered include at least one round of feedback and correction to ensure customer satisfaction with the service provided. Some packages offer additional rounds of correction at no extra charge. Please review the details of your service package to ensure you have exhausted all options before requesting a refund.

Eligibility For Refunds

Consultation Appointment Fees

Refunds for the fees associated with the consultation appointment will only be granted in the event the appointment is cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. Clients who cancel their appointment after the 48 hour period has passed forfeit their right to a refund of the appointment fees.

Service Packages

Refunds for the price of a service package purchased is dependent on the conditions outlined below. Under specific circumstances a full or partial refund will be granted, but in most cases, no refund will be offered once the service is in progress.

Full Refunds

​Full refunds for our service packages or consultation appointments will only be offered so long as the consultation appointment for said service has not yet occurred.

 

Should a refund be requested after the consultation appointment, a partial refund may be offered in certain cases.

Partial Refunds

A 50% refund will granted in the following circumstances:
 

  • A refund is requested within 24 hours after the consultation appointment regarding the service in question has taken place.
     

  • All rounds of feedback and correction included in the service package have been exhausted without resolution and the client does not wish to pay the fees for additional rounds of feedback

Requesting A Refund

Should you wish to request a refund for a service package or appointment you have purchased, please fill out the Refund Request Form. A member of our team will evaluate and respond to your request within 5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
